Once a booking has been confirmed and a place reserved on one of our mock exam tests, no refunds can be given.  No changes in dates or times are permitted.

Downloadable E-papers.

No Refund.

The purchase of our downloadable E-Papers is considered a final purchase and no refunds can be made for any reason, except where our server or software is found to have been at fault. This is due to the nature of E-Papers, where the customer can ask for a refund yet still retain the full benefit of the digitally downloaded product. Therefore you should ensure that the E-Paper matches your requirements before you make a purchase. The content of all E-Papers are clearly and accurately shown in the product description. A refund will only be made if there has been an error with our systems. This policy is in line with consumer protection for downloadable digital products.
